• Your charm will be carefully packed to assure it arrives in good condition.
• All items will be shipped fully insured, and will require a signature on delivery.
• There is no extra to pay for postage, packing or insurance: the listed price is inclusive of these.

UK Buyers:

• I absolutely prefer payment to be made via PayPal:  it is SECURE and there is no extra charge involved.
• Payment by personal cheque or Postal Orders must be agreed by me before the purchase is made: please contact me by e-mail.  Charms paid for by these methods will be shipped when your cheque has cleared (usually 4 to 6 working days).
• Banker's drafts or transfers cannot be accepted.
• It is ILLEGAL to send cash in the post!

• Payment MUST be via PayPal.  My prices are in UK Pounds Sterling, but PayPal will charge your account in your local currency, at the current conversion rate.  I am automatically credited in UK Pounds Sterling.  You can check today's currency conversion rates here:  XE.com's Currency Converter.
